But please post proof that it made US citizens enemies of the US. Please do not post links to some conspiracy website, I'm sure you can find the exact text where it spells that out from the act itself.

The series of events that led to today's modern day slavery.

In the early 1900's

"Congress created the Bureau of Census (Appraisals) to begin the laborious task of cataloging, serial numbering and tracking the value of all personal and business property in the United States, as well as the humans therein for the purposes of appraising their value and preparing them for use as collateral against the nation?s debt under a proposed fiat debt money scheme to be implemented later on in 1913.

Under the new Federal Reserve System's plan, all new money would be brought into existence via loans to the government and citizens. The Bureau of Census (Appraisals), as a division of the Department of Commerce, is charged with keeping track of the number of human chattels whose labor is pledged against the national debt via the Federal income tax. The Bureau of Census (Appraisals) also appraises and keeps track of manufacturers, mineral industries, distributive trades, construction industries, agriculture, religious organizations and transportation. All towns, cities, and municipalities are required to annually submit a report of all new construction, multi-family units, new businesses, and any losses to the Bureau of Census (Appraisals) for the purposes of keeping a current valuation of all property in the United States.4

We all know most of it started in 1913 with the Federal Reserve but since then they have been working diligently. Up until WWI the US only had around 1 billion in national debt. After that war it jumped to somewhere around 25 billion and that was the nail in the coffin. In 1920 they passed the Sheppard-Towner Maternity Act to use people as collateral for the debt because your birth certificate is an actual bond. They did eventually let this act expire in 1929 (remember what happened in 1929?) but people continued to register their children believing it was what they had to do.

The Bureau of Census (Appraisals) undertook a bold new venture during the month of April, 1930. Over 100,000 persons were engaged in taking the census. At that time the usual questions regarding race, color, sex, age, occupation, whether married or single, and whether able to write were asked. In addition were such questions as the value of your home and whether owned or rented, whether you were the owner of a radio, and detailed questions regarding unemployment.5 This information was needed in order to assess a value on the chattels and collateral the Federal Reserve banks needed before loaning money to the soon to be bankrupt U.S. government.

The Under Secretary for Economic Affairs compiles all Census data and makes it available to those who are in need of it - such as banks seeking to determine how well a state or geographic area of people are able to collateralize a bond issue (loan) with their currently existing labor and property."

On the night of December 23, 1913 the United States Congress passed the Federal Reserve Act and thereby committed the greatest act of TREASON in history. It surrendered this nation's sovereignty and sold the American people into slavery to a cabal of arch-charlatan international bankers who proceeded to plunder, bankrupt, and conquer this nation with a money swindle.

The "money" the banks issue is merely bookkeeping entries. It cost them nothing and is not backed by their wealth, efforts, property, or risk. It is not redeemable except in more debt paper. The Federal Reserve Act forced us to pay compound interest on thin air. From 1913 until 1933, the United States paid the "interest" with more and more gold. The structured inevitability soon transpired: the Treasury was empty, the debt was greater than ever, and the United States declared bankruptcy. In exchange for using notes belonging to bankers who create them out of nothing on our own credit, we are forced to repay in substance (labor, property, land, businesses, resources, life in ever-increasing amounts. This may have been the greatest heist and fraud of all time.

When a government goes bankrupt, it loses its sovereignty. In 1933 the United States declared bankruptcy, as expressed in Roosevelt's Executive Orders 6073, 6102, 6111, and 6260, House Joint Resolution 192 of June 5, 1933, confirmed in Perry v. United States, (1935) 294 U.S. 330-381, 79 L.Ed 912, as well as 31 USC 5112, 5119, and 12 USC 95A. The bankrupt United States went into receivership, reorganized in favor of 115 creditors and new owners. In 1913, Congress turned over America... lock, stock and barrel to a handful of criminals whose avowed intent from the beginning was to plunder, bankrupt, conquer, and enslave the people of the United States of America.

On March 9, 1933 President Roosevelt called for the passing of The WAR POWERS ACT TITLE 12 USC. Section 95 (a) and 95 (b). This act declared all United States Citizens to be the enemy of the United States Government, and placed us under permanent Emergency Rule, bypassing Constitutional constraints on government.

This is pretty much what I expected. A big write up with still ZERO proof. Please show me the exact text from the war powers act that makes US citizens enemies of the state. I do a quick search and see pretty much the same thing you have written here and yet no proof. They take one sentence from the thing and immediately make a statement of fact with little or no actual backup or proof of what it is. You can take anything you want out of context and make it sound like you want it to, that doesn't make it so.

You can take any series of events through history, cut out the parts of them you want to take notice of and then piece them together to tell a story. That doesn't mean the story is true or real.

On vaccines. I personally don't get a flu shot nor did I get a swine flu shot. I am one of those people who will get the flu as soon as I get the flu shot. If I don't get the shot I almost never get the flu.

I have read that often the flu shot is about a year behind. Supposedly the flu virus is always changing so the vaccine you get this year was for last year's strain and it may not even work for this year's version of the virus. That's not to say last year's version isn't still hanging around. I'm sure there are some people who get a benefit from the shot. I'm just not one of them so I choose not to get it and I kind of feel like it something that insurnace companies have really pushed as an extra way to make money.

So this would mean if a citizen trading with enemies could be punished. I still see nothing that says US citizens are now considered an enemy of the state. Every single one of those sources is from months ago before there was even a single bill or it has gone through rewrites and had actually become law.

When it comes to kids, there are certain shots that every kid must have before they are allowed to go to school (although I think there are exceptions when it comes to religion and some other reasons) so this is nothing new. It sounds like the bill will make it so that there would be money to help immunize kids that might not otherwise get them due to lack of money or living in remote places.

I won't argue that drug companies are always fighting to get more immunizations on the kids. The HPV immunization is a good example. That is not a something you can catch just by being in the same room with someone and shouldn't be required to go to school. This is more about the drug companies wanting money and less about the government trying to control the population and there is no real sign that these things will become required in the future because there are already fights over them taking place.

But when it comes to insurnace companies denying you coverage because you didn't get immunizations, you are just jumping to that conclusion. You have ZERO proof once again and you are just assuming it. you said earlier in this thread , "The best part is the our beloved leader and his fellow criminals just made it law in his sham of a health care reform bill if you aren't up to date on these "great" life ending vaccinations the private insurance company you are "forced" to buy can decline you care.
