I do agree with you to an extent, but when it comes down the the bottom line of profit, you're trying to sell your product. No matter if you own a vitamin store, or you're Merck. So if a dentist is telling me i need a tooth pulled, I don't know if he's trying to pay off his house or if I really need my tooth pulled. Guess the problem isn't healthcare itself, but the need to turn a profit to survive.

The problem is that this is the flu we are talking about. As people have pointed out, when a strain of the flu comes around that people do not have any immunity to, there is the potential for a pandemic. There have been several of these with tragic consequences.

This was a learning experience. Nobody can argue the fact that it was expensive and of course as we have seen, the pandemic did not materialize as expected.

I don't think there was a way to predict that this would not be a pandemic.

It takes time to produce vaccine, so if people waited to see if a pandemic developed before they spent the money to start development and distribution they would not have had enough when it was needed.

To the best of my knowledge it met all of the criteria for being a pandemic and in fact was a pandemic...but was not as serious of a killer as they thought it might be...but those that it did kill was different then seasonal flu...as it generally killed the young and healthy where as seasonal flu generally targets the older population and unhealthy.

There was a conspiracy that there would be a terrorist attack on US soil near the time for the 2008 election so that Bush could declare a state of emergency, cancel the election and stay in power. And, of course, it didn't happen.

Kind of like the treaty that was supposed to be signed in Denmark giving the rule of the US people over to a one world government that didn't happen.

But if that were the case there would be no need for a national emergency declaration because they would just select the next person, he takes office and things continue on as normal.

None of this makes any sense. Either there is a secret group of people running the show and doing as they please from behind the scenes, or there isn't. If there is then they should have no reason to play by the rules or to come up with some kind of strange stipulations as to why things happen.

Let's break it down. I'm assuming you are missing a period in the middle.

So it should read:

Then:
"The WAR did that and it caused controversy. So they pass the baton. On to the next one..." I assume this means that the WAR was the cause of the controversy, but maybe the WAR was the cause of him signing whatever it was that he signed into law. He then passed the baton. However, he would have passed the baton anyway to the next president, so maybe I am missing something here.

And I'm not sure how Jay-Z got involved in all of this

Please post proof of this. I won't question that the War Powers Act of 1933 has kept us in an ongoing state of emergency. Maybe it has, maybe it hasn't, I'll give that point to you. But please post proof that it made US citizens enemies of the US. Please do not post links to some conspiracy website, I'm sure you can find the exact text where it spells that out from the act itself.

The last so called proof you posted was a link to a conspiracy website and you mentioned how the mainstream media is talking about nuclear bombs. Of course they are, the president is discussing that type of stuff and working with other countries to help lower the number of weapons and better secure those we have. You assume that means he is prepping the public so that they will be prepared when the US government lights off a nuke in a US city. It really wasn't much proof at all.

The series of events that led to today's modern day slavery.

In the early 1900's

"Congress created the Bureau of Census (Appraisals) to begin the laborious task of cataloging, serial numbering and tracking the value of all personal and business property in the United States, as well as the humans therein for the purposes of appraising their value and preparing them for use as collateral against the nation?s debt under a proposed fiat debt money scheme to be implemented later on in 1913.
Ten years after its inception, the Department of Commerce was restructured as a stand-alone entity separating Labor into its own Department (15 USC 1501). The private, for-profit corporation, known as the Federal Reserve System was formed in the same year as the restructuring of the Department of Commerce. Under the new Federal Reserve System's plan, all new money would be brought into existence via loans to the government and citizens. The Bureau of Census (Appraisals), as a division of the Department of Commerce, is charged with keeping track of the number of human chattels whose labor is pledged against the national debt via the Federal income tax. The Bureau of Census (Appraisals) also appraises and keeps track of manufacturers, mineral industries, distributive trades, construction industries, agriculture, religious organizations and transportation. All towns, cities, and municipalities are required to annually submit a report of all new construction, multi-family units, new businesses, and any losses to the Bureau of Census (Appraisals) for the purposes of keeping a current valuation of all property in the United States.4

We all know most of it started in 1913 with the Federal Reserve but since then they have been working diligently. Up until WWI the US only had around 1 billion in national debt. After that war it jumped to somewhere around 25 billion and that was the nail in the coffin. In 1920 they passed the Sheppard-Towner Maternity Act to use people as collateral for the debt because your birth certificate is an actual bond. They did eventually let this act expire in 1929 (remember what happened in 1929?) but people continued to register their children believing it was what they had to do.

The Bureau of Census (Appraisals) undertook a bold new venture during the month of April, 1930. Over 100,000 persons were engaged in taking the census. At that time the usual questions regarding race, color, sex, age, occupation, whether married or single, and whether able to write were asked. In addition were such questions as the value of your home and whether owned or rented, whether you were the owner of a radio, and detailed questions regarding unemployment.5 This information was needed in order to assess a value on the chattels and collateral the Federal Reserve banks needed before loaning money to the soon to be bankrupt U.S. government.

The Under Secretary for Economic Affairs compiles all Census data and makes it available to those who are in need of it - such as banks seeking to determine how well a state or geographic area of people are able to collateralize a bond issue (loan) with their currently existing labor and property."

On the night of December 23, 1913 the United States Congress passed the Federal Reserve Act and thereby committed the greatest act of TREASON in history. It surrendered this nation's sovereignty and sold the American people into slavery to a cabal of arch-charlatan international bankers who proceeded to plunder, bankrupt, and conquer this nation with a money swindle.

The "money" the banks issue is merely bookkeeping entries. It cost them nothing and is not backed by their wealth, efforts, property, or risk. It is not redeemable except in more debt paper. The Federal Reserve Act forced us to pay compound interest on thin air. We now use worthless "notes" backed by our own credit that we cannot own and are made subject to compelled performance for the "privilege".

From 1913 until 1933, the United States paid the "interest" with more and more gold. The structured inevitability soon transpired: the Treasury was empty, the debt was greater than ever, and the United States declared bankruptcy. In exchange for using notes belonging to bankers who create them out of nothing on our own credit, we are forced to repay in substance (labor, property, land, businesses, resources, life in ever-increasing amounts. This may have been the greatest heist and fraud of all time.

When a government goes bankrupt, it loses its sovereignty. In 1933 the United States declared bankruptcy, as expressed in Roosevelt's Executive Orders 6073, 6102, 6111, and 6260, House Joint Resolution 192 of June 5, 1933, confirmed in Perry v. United States, (1935) 294 U.S. 330-381, 79 L.Ed 912, as well as 31 USC 5112, 5119, and 12 USC 95A. The bankrupt United States went into receivership, reorganized in favor of 115 creditors and new owners. In 1913, Congress turned over America... lock, stock and barrel to a handful of criminals whose avowed intent from the beginning was to plunder, bankrupt, conquer, and enslave the people of the United States of America.

On March 9, 1933 President Roosevelt called for the passing of The WAR POWERS ACT TITLE 12 USC. Section 95 (a) and 95 (b). This act declared all United States Citizens to be the enemy of the United States Government, and placed us under permanent Emergency Rule, bypassing Constitutional constraints on government.

With the Erie R.R. v Tompkins case of 1938, the Supreme Court confirmed their success. We are now in an international private commercial jurisdiction in colorable admiralty-maritime under the Law Merchant. We have been conned and betrayed out of our sovereignty, rights, property, freedom, common law, Article III Courts, and

The Bill of Rights has been statutized into "civil rights" in commerce. You have destroyed the Republic. America has been stolen. We have been made slaves, i.e. permanent debtors, bankrupt, in legal incapacity, rendered commercial "persons," "residents," and corporate franchisees known as "citizens of the United States"

Since 1933 what is called the "United States Government" is a privately owned corporation of the Federal Reserve/International Monetary Fund. It is merely an instrument whereby the bankers administer their ongoing subjugation and plunder of what was once considered "the last great hope of human freedom." All "public servants," officials, Congressmen, politicians, judges, attorneys, law enforcement officers, States and their various agencies, etc., are the express agents of these foreign principals - see Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938; 22 USC 286 et seq, 263A, 185G, 267J, 611(C) (ii) & (iii); Treasury Delegation Order #91 - who have stolen the country by clever, intentional, and unrelenting fraud, trickery, treachery, non-disclosure, miss-representation, intrigue, coercion, conspiracy, murder. If there is a greater tragedy in human history it is hard to know what it is.

An insidious aspect of this is that "officials" may think they are "public servants," are upholding the "law," or other hoaxes. In truth they are conscientiously and assiduously serving the archenemies of yourselves, your own rights, your fellow citizens, continued human rights, life, and freedom in general. YOU are seditiously administering the plunder, bankruptcy, conquest, destruction, dismantling, and elimination of your country. YOU are systematically defrauding, extorting, impoverishing, and injuring human life on the basis of crimes and lies of such magnitude, depth, and proportions as to be beyond human comprehension.

In the early 40's thanks to the Erie Railroad Co V. Tompkins decision they were able to create U.C.C. which is based on a mixture of Maritime/Admiralty/Roman law and how most laws (statutes) are written and enforced today.

In 1947 the "Bar" (British Accredited Registry) Treaty was signed.
