get screencaps - i'm not sure what the consumer laws are in each state but who knows, it wouldn't surprise me if there's a law somewhere that if a retailer advertises an item for $9.99, even if it's a mistake, they have to honor it.

A company over here just did a similar fuckup. They just told customers they "weren't going to honour the advert as it was a mistake, sorry" - you will get nothing, they will get free publicity.

Just tried to order, Still receiving the ordering system errors.

I think if you actually get the order to go through, the rest of the order process would go through without much human interaction and the pricing error may not be caught...

do a quick search on google to see how fast this deal has spread across the net...no1 is getting their tv except like the first 5 people who ordered
