i used to sell x-rays for dentists. so i had to learn about the history of x-rays and man, it isn't pretty. until the 1950ties they had no real idea what heavy radiation they emitted and getting an x-ray until then was like sitting right on top of the Fukushima reactor.

And he re-confirmed it to me and said that "yes" they are always looking for drugs and have never found ANY "terrorists" at the Vegas airport...but they did make a record setting marijuana bust a few months ago.

Said they have made a few dozen "busts" on people having pot or coke on them. So you are dead wrong about that.

And my friend that works there said that YES they are looking for people carrying small amounts of drugs and have made a few dozen busts with people with just a small bag of pot or a gram of coke.

1. Nope. They said "Remove EVERYTHING from your pockets, including money and credit cards" I didn't have coins. Just bills. And they told me I had to take them out too. Wonder why?

3. The police were called in by the TSA to make the arrest. The TSA are the ones in the back going through everyone's luggage (they go through ours almost every time). Matter of fact when we were leaving New York, I was telling one of the managers at American Airlines (she helped us get a nice first class upgrade for free) what happened at Mccarren Airport in Vegas.
