That email doesn't make sense. According to their own terms of service located here http://www.ddgcash.com/static/terms.php you don't appear to be doing anything wrong.

Maybe the original complaint came from the model or photographer, and not from Digitaldesire? Have you contacted Digitaldesire for clarification?

The idiot returns. This clown was known years ago for being wrong much of the time and stupid the rest of the time.

Just ask Paul Markham, who as Charley, was one of Steve Easton's biggest supporters.

Somehow they just go together.

for pornbb in can, but i can't for all websites:

Each time i submit a gallery to some websites (worldsex for example), they check the pictures. If i deny all referrers excepted my site, i won't be able to submit the content.
Some people are hotlinking my pictures and it is not a problem since they link me back (so they link also back to the sponsor)

I suppose that makes sense if the post made it appear to be copyright infringement. Easton has been doing DMCAs and such for many years. It looks like he's finally starting to figure out how to write a proper notice. As ItsMe said, he has a reputation for sending erroneous or poorly formed notices.
