But this is one scenario which is more of an issue where hygiene comes into play. If a girl with a very hairy bush uses a public washroom to pee/whatever, she sits on the toilet seat, it's inevitable her pubes are going to make contact with the seat. Any contaminants/bacteria are more likely easier to transfer to her because of the extra contact.

If anything, it is MORE sanitary in my opinion. It is easier to clean and looks nice =)
