I got this Ransomeware Virus asking for money 3rd time in just 10 days and i am just totally pissed off with it and my trend micro internet security 2012. I contact trend micro and they say they cant do any thing, we can have it from visiting websites. whats the point of buying expensive antivirus when they cant stop simple spyware....

Download Rkill to your desktop. Download Malwarebytes.

Run Rkill and stop all of the processes that are causing your issue. Then run a complete system scan with Malwarebytes. Depending on how may files you have, it may take some time.

Then kill your temporary internet files.

Should work out for you. Report back.

Go download Malware Bytes if you don't have it already. Boot in safe mode and Malware Bytes should take care of the problem for you without being interrupted.

You probably don't need a subscription based anti-virus to be honest. It's just a bit unnecessary considering a free anti-virus is going to give you protection that's on par if not better.

If you decide to switch, then I would recommend Avast. It's free, it's not a resource hog, and it does the job well. Also, I would recommend getting noscript add-on for Firefox. I think they make it for Chrome also, but I don't remember. It's a bit confusing at first, but it blocks a lot of nasty scripts and exploits from affecting you.

Switch to a different security software, both AVAST and trend micro is down in efficiency so dont take the word from others.

Do you visit Superior Pics at all? The Ransomware has been doing the rounds, I'd recommend to wipe your machine, completely fresh install, the same virus gets all your passwords too, first do a clean install then change all passwords
