You missed the point let me explain. People still have links up sending you traffic making you sales. Is it fair to not pay them on new sales?

First step is paying what you owe congrats but rev share means people expect to get paid as long as the site is online not as long as you decide you want to run an affiliate program.

So lets move on to step two reinstate your affiliate program and pay affiliates via a third party such as ccbill.

Yes, totally fair, considering the program has been closed a while now.

That'd be like saying you want to get payments from sales you make to Platinum Bucks, Sic Cash, etc after those programs have been dead for so long too.

Just because people still have links up, does not mean they should be getting paid for those sales, they were informed the program closed its doors, it is their responsibility to make sure links are taken down

Nobody has to keep links up with made it very clear what we were doing! There are days where we are lucky to even break even on the site right now almost nobody is sending any traffic we get a few thousand people a day and as big as Melissa's name was that's nothing you are talking 1-3 sales a day. Once everyone is paid I will decide what I want to do next and if you want to promote us thank you and if not I get it. Shit with fraud and chargebacks some of your are not even owed anything at this point. I will pay everyone that emails me what they are owed from when we stopped paying till we closed and that's it, there is very little more owed to anyone.

Melissa never worked on Sundays but I always did! Everyone who is still owed money will be getting checks next week. Again I will say it I know it's not fair or perfect and if I had enough money to pay everyone everything I would right now BUT I DON'T HAVE IT. I didn't have shit to give you Melissa had pretty much took it all so there was nothing! What I had saved for myself was lost about a year before in my club I was trying to open! There is no money tree if the money is not there it can't be paid out. Send your info and you will get paid now! As much shit as you are talking do I owe you millions? First of all if I don?t owe you money please can worry about your own stuff! I know all about people stealing money, when Melissa and I first started out we had a guy take us for almost $250k. Now that hurt not only was it $250k it was the first real money we eve made on the site or anywhere for that matter. Melissa got arrested the site blew up and he took all the money it made and ran! We sued and won a judgment for $113k that was all we could actually prove. Now I was pissed so I get it I was beyond pissed we were poor and that was so much money. It hit a point though were I would have been happy with even a portion of it shit even a real sorry would have been nice but all I got was papers from his attorney saying he was filing bankruptcy and and we would never get a penny of it. This is the main reason I am paying I hated that feeling and if I had enough money right now to pay rebills as well I probably would but I don?t. If this isn?t good enough for you I get it but it?s all I can do right now! Please email if you are one of the few I still owe money too and it will be mailed next. This will be one of my last posts in here as I think people know what I am able and willing to do at this time.
