I think their idea was to just ride things out without paying as long as they can since it is a totally new venture for them and the last 2 owners both went bankrupt. Well I sent them a final email last night requesting payment. Its been almost 3 months so I figure id give them one final week notice. We are in a small community where everyone knows each other so I'm going to blast it all over facebook too. The only reason I waited this long is because I have dealt with one of the owners on two other websites for years with no payment issues. The only difference is in those cases she is just an employee of the company sending the cheques (she works for a hospital fundraising foundation that needed 2 sites built). Now that its her money being spent the cheques aren't coming.
