buy vpn, that is the best solution imho
 for few dollars per month i have twenty or so locations over the world ... have luck with website, you should try some web proxies

If you are serving content to/for that country: just change the browser language to French, Japanese or whatever.
If it is an IP access issue you would need a VPN with that country's IP or the addon proxies suggested above (if they can have access). |
