Kelly's, Mackie's, Rodda's

i can cook, yes. cooked up my killer breakfast burritos for everyone this morning. my homemade refried beans (hand squished!), scrambled eggs, cheddar, bacon, fresh tomatoes, onion and lettuce wrapped in a whole wheat wrap.

my meatloaf is legendary. I've never cooked cheesesteak(s) though.

scones are killer killer killer. fresh scones, not those shitty dry ones.

hash browns require a deft touch. crispy on the outside, meaty on the inside. hard to get the moisture just right to do that. i put them on paper towels for a bit to dry before frying.
