I think that the fact that I don't know anyone invovled in this situation personally, but could still tell solely from the thread title and who it was started by exactly what it was about is pretty sad. Everyone makes stupid choices and mistakes in life but how you handle yourself in the aftermath is a lot more telling of who you really are and I honestly think all 3 of you need to move on.

If I was a stalker I'd be driving to Sacramento, which is not that far from me. I don't do that.

I have called a few times, but cell phone records would show that 90% of the time Belinda called first, usually to cry while he's at work. Later, when Mark (Spannow) is home her attitude changes and she acts like I'm harassing her.

Also, Mark's ex was calling for awhile wanting me to help her with her legal battle with him for child support, etc. I used to have photos and videos of the two of them together, that THEY shot (not me). The ex wanted those for court and guess what I did? I trashed them instead of giving them to her. I did that because I loved Belinda. Yeah, that might sound weird but it's true.

Anyway, the ex told me all sorts of things about him that scared the hell out of me for Belinda. He's not the nice guy he makes himself out to be. So I'd try to tell Belinda what I learned about him, she'd listen to me and then when he got home and she confronted him he'd smooth talk his way out of it and insist that I was crazy.

Then they fabricate bs stories to our mutual friends.

It's a mess. I've been leaving them alone but Mark obviously didn't really want that to happen. He must be really jealous or something. I've never once gone down there to see them. I've even made Belinda's deposits for her. She still has checks arrive that I have deposited for her (at HER request).

She left a truck here at my house and I can't legally do anything with it. I had to keep calling her about that because it's just sitting out there in the yard. She filed bankruptcy on it and the bank hasn't picked it up, but that is not MY problem, it's hers. I don't want the damn thing around, but she doesn't have enough respect to handle HER business and instead just lets it become my problem.

Last week Mark finally gave me the information I've been asking for MONTHS to receive. I should post those emails.

He mentions threats. Here's an example of one of those "threats". This is almost word for word (voicemail left for her):

Now imagine that same type of problem happening over and over again. Belinda and I were together almost 6 years and I thought we were going to be married and together forever. Our names were on a lot of paperwork together. And, like the truck, the two of them ignore me when I call about it and then tell their "friends" that I'm calling all the time harassing them.

Have their been personal calls? Yeah, from both sides. But not like they're making it out to be.

Tell her dont call me or email me again,if she does email delete and if she calls hangup. Tow the truck and get a lawyer to deal with any paperwork that has to be dealt with. I had a ex that did that to me and believe me it took great strength to tell her dont ever call me again.

She left a truck here at my house and I can't legally do anything with it. I had to keep calling her about that because it's just sitting out there in the yard. She filed bankruptcy on it and the bank hasn't picked it up, but that is not MY problem, it's hers. I don't want the damn thing around, but she doesn't have enough respect to handle HER business and instead just lets it become my problem. There's a lot of this BS that's been going on, but anytime I try to address it the two of them make me out to be the crazy one. It's actually that they act like teenagers and don't want to be adults. Belinda and I had our name on numerous things, together. It's been a PAIN IN THE ASS getting all that handled, because the two of them want to play games instead of signing paperwork and civilly communicating on legal issues.
