They wont promote you because they dont care about you, they only care about themselves. "It's a dog-eat-dog world." Giving you ad space doesn't pay as much as the guys who prepay, so you're left in the cold. It's a zero-sum mentality, their gain is someone else's loss. You have to understand this when you do business with Brazzers, business is a game - they will do anything to win, even if it comes at someone else's loss. It sucks, I don't agree with it, but this is the route they chose to go with their business.

I did about 6 minutes of googling, and I couldn't find any statements about depictions of rape in pornography being illegal in the united states. Could you please reference a case in which a rape porn producer has been locked up, or distribution of their film has been disrupted by the government?

That's all you have to prove to a judge or jury to knock them out of the box - but just going into a courtroom and saying 'it's common knowledge in the adult industry that these tube sites upload much of the infringing content themselves' isn't enough - you'll need to have some evidence or testimony from somebody the judge or jury will believe. that shouldn't be a huge stumbling block. hell, PornNewz dug up a gem in Google, one of the Brazzers clan posting to one of the Net's biggest movie pirates asking him to contact him suggesting to him that there's money to be made.

the reason they haven't been sued is that from big to small in this industry people are cheap - nobody wants to drop 100K to start a lawsuit when they can still spend 100K in this industry with a much quicker return than they'll get from a lawsuit. plus the aggravation that goes along with lawsuits.

1. Firstly, my argument wasn't about obscenity but it's true, it was about Visa & Mastercard caring. And they do. This is a bank risk, not government risk. If you are not a fan of the xsales, we have a vanilla option. It is available both in lordsofporn and occash. There are no xsales, no limited trial, and no popups...there also is no PPS. If webmasters feel so strongly about this, they should use it. I don't know any mid to large sized program that even offers this.

On top of that, I hear Brazzers is the all time heavywieght of aggressive billing. I will have to do a test SU and see...

That's all you have to prove to a judge or jury to knock them out of the box - but just going into a courtroom and saying 'it's common knowledge in the adult industry that these tube sites upload much of the infringing content themselves' isn't enough - you'll need to have some evidence or testimony from somebody the judge or jury will believe. that shouldn't be a huge stumbling block. hell, PornNewz dug up a gem in Google, one of the Brazzers clan posting to one of the Net's biggest movie pirates asking him to contact him suggesting to him that there's money to be made. the reason they haven't been sued is that from big to small in this industry people are cheap - nobody wants to drop 100K to start a lawsuit when they can still spend 100K in this industry with a much quicker return than they'll get from a lawsuit. plus the aggravation that goes along with lawsuits. what's TTBoy waiting for? xxxjay has already posted how much he thinks this shit has cost the program TTBoy is a partner in. they've already stole money from you TTBoy, get up to Montreal and break some faces. __________________ I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting.
