The tea baggers have a valid point and a big following, if they get bigger, they will be there own political group, they have regular meetings where I live. I've registered myself as a independent with moderate veiws, I believe that the government has gotten too big , Has it got to the point the government needs extra taxes on sun tanning salons? That they are going to tell us what we can drink by taxing Coca-Cola ? That sounds like the reason we claimed independance from England.

I didn't say that they passed it on my expert opinion. What happened is I was promoting the 10th Amendment sovereignty resolution. IE spreading the word about the need for it in my state and asking that everyone contact their representatives and the law office from her district contacted me asking me what it was all about. I told them what it meant and gave them a few examples. They contacted the Rep and gave her the resolutions, explained to her what it meant and she submitted one similar to one which another state had in the works. The resolution being passed is the only thing which is public record.. If I run across the email I'll post it if it makes you feel better..
