I need mobile billing for a mainstream social networking project that is just starting up. They are well funded and have an impressive board. I want to stress that this is going to be a well advertised MAINSTREAM project.

www.dialxs.com has good rates in Europe for premium phonelines, IVR, SMS, Mobile direct debit, Pay per call, etc. etc.
