I upgraded and see no difference. I have the 3G & not 3GS so am guessing that many of the "new" features are not compatible.

 multitasking is available only with iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS.

Multitasking is actually a bit annoying.. I've been using 4 since GM was released, and ALL apps stay suspended basically, some of them are then broken once you relaunch them, and after about a day of using the phone, your task list has like 30 apps in it running in suspended mode... a bit annoying... gotta turn them all off one by one if you want to cleanup the list.
Its 0 hit on battery life though, so its done well... Its not really a huge enhancement though to be honest, apps launch a second faster, but whats the point if they do not actually ever RUN in the background?! I tend to not see the point of this...

some time ago i lost safari from my iphone and whenever I backup after upgrading software it goes again. So i have had to go to factory restore, and manually add all my phone numbers and everything. what a fucking pain, and waste of a day.

Took forever to download...I guess their servers were hammered.
So far, its working perfect... I like it. Looks nice, fast... battery life seems good after using it for 3-4 hours.` |

I tried the iPhone with OS4 and did not like it... I sold it.
I now use the HTC HD2 (It is Windows-based - Which is a downfall), but... It has a 4.3" touch screen (as iPhone)... It has a 1GHz processor (which is the fastest on market and runs apps lightning fast!!) It does multi-task (as the iPhone). and has 16GB preinstalled memory... and a 5-Megapixel camera!! I just do not like the Windows-based software... But it is extremely fast!!

Matt, hold down an app and wait till it shacks, then drag it onto another app and it will make a folder.
