OK details are a little thin but

Last Tuesday night Mister Marcus did a show on radio sex (Jessica Bangkok?s Show) where he had sex with an un-named female performer.

Meaning industry sex occurred with no testing, etc. And on top of that, this girl could get infected by him, and go on to shoot with other guys and girls in the coming weeks and spread it. this is what i heard and read about this situation.
he tested positive, went to his doctor - got treated.
went back re-tested and still showed positive (this test will always show pos even if you have been treated); he went back to his doctor and was told he was fine and no longer a transmission threat. Then he altered his test to remove the positive line... and went to work, agree bad decision but not same as knowingly worked with syphilis.
