Precisely, it's STILL on their servers despite my DMCAs requesting they remove or delete content they do not own or to remove repeat infringers for peristant violations as per their writen ToS etc...

Some do, and the pirates move on or use them less.
I am finding that Rapidgator is now the biggest offender in the above respect but will remove content reasonably quickly when you badger them so the chances of some making their 1000 hits is rare if you are on top of it. Any filelocker helping pirates to re upload immediately despite their Md5 hash (block file) promises they make should be targeted.


I'm sure a lawyer on a no win no fee basis could have a field day withthese if some of us pooled together
I know in our niches a few of us spanking producers try to help each other out and have considered this as a real possibility. Our niche is that concentrated that those that site rip our content really do it harm.

The sites that we targeted were sites that were largely supporting piracy sites such as piracy forums and blogs. It's all part of cutting off the money supply. If piracy or warez forums are earning income from the affiliate programs of links shortening sites then those link shortening sites become targets.

With each one in this list the primary flow of money seemed to be piracy related.

So, now you're targeting sites which aren't doing anything illegal. Why don't you go target google? I mean, they provide links to copyright content, they're making money off those links not to mention the searches which are executed off their website. They offer affiliate programs.

And, actually, Google's business is, in a way, piracy. IF you want to get technical, they copy and/or cache websites without the express written consent of said websites.

Exactly, which is why you don't see AK going after them. He much rather take the easy kills with sites that have absolutely nothing to do with piracy in the first place. His analogy is akin to, and I'll put it in a porn context that everyone can understand, like a tube site and sponsors.

A tube tube promotes sponsors, so, a sponsor is supporting a tube site by accepting the traffic and making sales off of it. However, You do not see AK going after adult affiliate programs and having their credit card processing shut down because they accept traffic from a tube site. A sponsor program getting promoted by a tube site is no different than a link shortening website getting promoted by a pirate. He has a huge double standard.

A link shortening website is not really much different than a porn website. They both pay for traffic to be sent to their site. You say that a link shortening website is profiting from piracy and thus on your radar to be taken down.

An affiliate program is profiting from piracy by accepting traffic from a tube site, which has illegal video content on it.

Why don't you explain to me how there is a difference between the link shortening website and an affiliate program who both accept traffic and both make money from a piracy fed traffic stream?

I suspect you'll just scream "Troll" and avoid it because you cannot answer it without biting the hand that feeds you.

A link shortening site which exists for no other reason than to support piracy sites is very different from link shortening sites such as bitly. If you cannot understand that then no amount of repeating myself will help you.

While you may see XYZ program advertising on a tube, XYZ program does not exist solely to support piracy, it's primary purpose is to be an adult paysite.

The link shortening sites listed in the list of current take downs were primarily involved in the support of piracy sites and in some cases there was evidence of them being connected directly to piracy sites.

You asked previously how we know this. I have answered you the same way I have answered everyone who has asked for specifics about our operations and methods. We do not discuss operational matters.
