Joust wondering ... have your sales also gone down since LJ started with their new rules ?
I mean about broadcasting, video, audio , pose, decoration, images and else rules ...

Many of our models dont even wanna work or have quit connecting on that site since.
Especially for the up to 10% deduction of their earnings.

I mean flagging them for low connection or putting them down the list is understandable.
But now paying those 10% less seems like a reap off.

Our payments have gone down there to half.

How is that working out for you ?

Some models are been paid 5% - 10% less or deducion because of reasons like :

- Not enough Lightning
- Not propper decoration in the room
- Room is not corretly order (Messy)
- Model Online NOT on the right pose or position
- Cam used not recommended by LJ for example Logitech 9000 - Logitech c920 which other sites like Streamate say are gr8.
- Model have no makeup

Not speaking for AWE, but they not only have the best quality feeds today, those feeds are getting even better = it's a big priority for the company = but there's only so much you can do on the back end to fix poor quality video, and the lighting is the biggest issue between good and bad.

You can always work for companies that are not as concerned about the quality of the user experience

And the case I see is that a model leaves to another site, and the customers follow them wherever they go.

Better do your math, they are paying less every time, since they started with new system :

6.Legend $2500 < 60%
5.Superstar $1500 - $2500 < 50%
4.Star $650 - $1500 < 45%
3.Famous $300 - $650 < 40%
2.Accomplished $100 - $300 < 35%
1.Aspiring $100 < 30%

What really means 1 - 100 = 30%
1 - 300 = 33%
1 - 650 = 37%
1 - 1500 = 41%
1 - 2500 = 44%

Compairing to the 35 - 40% they were paying years ago.
And later 30 - 35%
You are probably also loosing money now, unless every of your models is selling at least 1500 USD which by knowing the market and the site i doubt.

About Home models.. We dont really do home models, i know you guys specialize more on satelites.. We rather have more control and better perfomance.. so we are more focus on runing studios.. And the very few home models we offer them sites where we have more control such as naked.com or playboylive.com... Dont have to worry about them going direct or jumping to other studios.

Some people joust dont understand and have no Idea about this byz.

They really think that every model earns 1000´s of dollars every day.
Which is not true, a good model might make 100 - 400 Dollars per day.
And if a model makes such money she wouldnt stay long in a studio.
She would most probably go home and work on her own.

So that means that at the studio there would be models earning between 0 - 100 dollars per day.
And they would pay the model between 50 - 60% of the earnings.
In a big city where costs are High (Rent-Internet-Electricity-Water-Gas-Personal-Tech Maintainance-Etc) they are left with 40- 50% to pay those costs and have some money left.

What this means in other words is that if they get a house rented with 4-5 Rooms theyll have to build some cubicles to have as many models working in that place and maximize their earnings.

About keeping models almost as hostages ... you got to be stupid to make this comment and not knowing the Actitude of Colombian Woman or how they really are and how hard it is to control them in any way.

And about your last statement... We keep having very good quality models on jasmin doing very good (4-8 k bi-weekly).. So i dont see a trend or good models moving on to other sites.. In fact recently what we have sense is that TOP profile models are having it difficult to make the same ammount of cash in usual Top sites like mfc since its seems that those sites are getting over saturated with new models.. Maybe jasmin has something to do with this?
