I've never understand those football fans, because they actually don't even care about football, they use it just a reason to fight with other club fans, with police, with everybody. Remember all those "epic" fights between Spartak (Moscow) and Zenit (Saint Petersburg) fans. Crazy people.

It doesn't matter what you say. Russia is the biggest European country ever (look at the map already) and most of Russian population (almost 80% of citizens) live in Europe (Moscow, Spb and other biggest cities of the Western Russia). The Asian part of the country is just unoccupied/empty - you won't find a single person in 1000's kilometers of Siberian Taiga. Personally I live in Europe and all the people I know live here too.

This is how Asian Russia does look like:



Every Russian citizen can officially take a huge part of land there ^^^ for free. But I don't know anybody who did that...

Not quite true. There is a lot of them in some Eastern Russian cities, as well as there is a lot of Russians in Western Chinese cities. There is something like a visa-free trading/commercial zone between two countries. These are pictures from Chinese cities near the Russian border. Does it means that Russians invade them? No we just trading there.

Money is intended to be spend for material goods. So I can't see how is it bad for Russia. As about migrants, so I would be more worried about those hordes of illegals from exUSSR Asian, Caucasian republics and Ukraine. Russia is the #2 country by the number of foreign migrants after the USA, and Moscow is #1 city in the World. So Far East is the last thing I would care about.

As far as I know, that program works for Russian citizens only. I have mentioned already that all Russians can get a free land on the East in the same way as they've got free dachas and free apartments. E.g. I can get easily get 2.47 Acres there, my wife can get another 2.47 Acres, my son can do it etc. We can join our lands together if we want it, but what will we do with them? I have no idea, so we haven't used this opportunity. I'm already have a house and a land near the Volga river (bought it as a summer residence for my parents). All the other seasons one only resident there is Mom's tommiecat

Are you for real? You do not know that importing goods are bad and exporting goods are good for countries? Is import/export balance seriously a new thing for you?
If Chinese come to Russia and buy your goods - it is good for Russia. Opposite - it is good for China. As simple as that.

It is not that much about migrants as about the land. If majority of Chinese in Far east of Russia were Chinese, it is a danger to national security to Russia. China may or might even try to claim the lands. Not now, not in ten years, but maybe in a century or two.

Ps: Something like that was done by Russia already, when they tried to "rescue Russian nationals in Crimea" from evil Ukrainian dictatorship. In a century or so Chinese may try to "rescue" their people in those territories the same way.
That is a big concern for Russia.

Absolutely for real. Russia makes it's wealth by selling gas and oil. I don't like it and think that Putin ruins our economics, but since there are no other major sources of money, the people are using the situation "as is" and there is nothing bad that they can buy the goods in China 10x times cheaper than here.

They do buy our goods too. That's why Chinese come to Siberia. They buy our soy, flour, mineral water, milk powder, chocolate and candies, wheat, barley, rolled steel, pulp, chemical fertilizers, alcohol and many other products.

Actually they are not. Siberia is not good for living. Even for overpopulated people of China. As about who and what might try claim, so that's just assumptions. For example Russia might try to claim Alaska and California, so what? Do you know how some Russians call Alaska? They call it "Ice Cream" which in Russian sounds like "Ice Crimea". So "might try" is not something to talk about.

That's a very different thing. Crimea has always been a Russian territory and it's a very important zone for military purposes. Remember that Russian Black Sea Fleet is based there and it was never joined the Ukraine or any other country. Also note the population of Crimea have never wanted to live on the Ukraine. That's why it was annexed so easily w/o a war and human victims - the annexation was supported by locals and nobody was willing to fight back. Even Kosovo was separated through war (even is that war was supported by West - isn't it?), but not Crimea.

LOL, all the goods you posted are raw materials. It is BAD to export raw materials and GOOD to export made goods. Raw materials have very low additional value that is why you try to limit export of those and try to make something out of them and then export. Example - instead of exporting wood logs, you would rather export furniture. Or something in the middle at least - quality timber etc. That is how you get added value.

I can not believe you have no idea about simple things like that and you are actually proud that most of your export is raw materials. That is VERY VERY BAD.
Banana republics and third world countries export raw materials, top countries export made goods (with huge added value that stays in the country).

As for Alaska and Cali - wrong comparison as majority of the people there are not Russians.
If majority of Alaska people were Russians, even a power like US would be very worried.

Raw minerals, agricultural products, chemicals, still production etc. That's the products we sell to China. Good it or bad is not something those traders are worried about. You should direct your brilliant ideas to Putin instead.

Like you it or not but even American flags are made in China. Not even mention electronics etc. This is the reality we live in.

As well as most of citizens there are not Chinese. And they won't be Chinese for some reason I have explained to you above. Read my posts carefully to avoid stupid assumptions. I live in this country and know the internal situation a bit better.

P.S. If I was you, I would never that sure about Alaska, because US Alaska and Russian Chukotka have a visa-free regime (surprised?) just like some Russian and Chinese border cities. So what's the difference? ;)
