I decided to play Customer Service Guy today...
I keep saying our customer service is 2nd to none. I now how proof.
Below is the Live Support conversation I had with the customer: John Blowme: What my money ? Admin_Terry: hello sir - how can I fuckin help ur ass? John Blowme: I want my money, Admin_Terry > John Blowme: what money is that sir? Admin_Terry > John Blowme: the money I gave to ur sister when I fucked her? John Blowme: Some guy Dalton told me he would pay me 500 us dollars John Blowme: if i helped him get laid Admin_Terry > John Blowme: dalton is busy jerking off sir John Blowme: but no money yet Admin_Terry > John Blowme: on ur sisters face John Blowme: fuck this John Blowme: I will report this dalton character Admin_Terry > John Blowme: blow me, bitch ho - John Blowme [xx.xxx.xxxx.xxx - United States, [email protected]] from www.asians247.com exits the support room |

A couple of tips for y'all in CS.
Using Sir or Ma'am is always preferred. It makes the customer feel important. Notice how I bring the family of the customer into the discussion. It let's the customer know we are a family oriented site. Use of gangsta talk is sometimes helpful. It lets the customer know your "hip." |
