Yes, but the moon is their artificial satellite that also serves other functions and keeps them close to earth. Mining helium 3 is only one cog in the machine. Saturn and Jupiter are too far out to be useful toward the agenda. Remember, the sun is an intergalactic portal, and plus there aren't any human slave colonies on Saturn. The moon is in the orbit that it is because unlike other moons we know about ours wasnt captured by earth, it is actually much too large for that, the moon is a result of a massive collision between earth and another very large body, thats why its orbit is what it is, The moon is also getting farther from earth every year but only a fraction of an inch or so but over millions of years that does add up and will change earth drastically.

when it was formed, the Moon was about 14,000 miles (22,530 kilometers) from Earth. It?s now more than 280,000 miles, or 450,000 kilometers away.

Also the idea that we only see one half of the moon is incorrect, we see about 2/3ds of it.

That is a very old story that they teach children in schools (government indoctrination centers), but it's been debunked and disproven as utter nonsense. There is no one of any credibility that still subscribes to that theory.

No thats actually the current best theory based on the orbit, the makeup of lunar soil etc. The old theory. the one I was taught for instance is that the moon was captured, as most moons are. The collision theory successful explains the EXACT orbit the moon is in as well as the fact that it is getting farther and farther from earth.

Archeological evidence here on earth also support the collision theory in that the tidal patterns completely align with the the predicted position of the moon, the length of the days back then (they were quite a bit shorter) and other evidence. The collision theory is, in fact pretty solid.lots to support it no real science that doesn't.

However, such a core does exist at the center of the Moon, but no one can explain how it got there.

Most scientists agree that if a planet had smacked into Earth and the moon came about as a result, than the moon ought to be made of some of that other planet as well. If that?s the case, why don?t studies of rocks brought back by the Apollo missions show any evidence of this other planet?
