The survivors of this crash should sue Malaysian Airlines into bankruptcy. I have no idea of the legal implications and liability laws in the Malaysian courts ...

I would not jump to conclusions as to who did it. All of the suspect parties may have had access to the same sourced weapons systems. Guess where they got them? I would not limit my suspicions to the Ukraine Government and the Separatists

MH17?s flight plan was approved by Eurocontrol, who are solely responsible for determining civil aircraft flight paths over European airspace.

According to Eurocontrol the route had been closed by the Ukrainian authorities from ground to flight level 320 but was open at the level at which the aircraft was flying.

Shocking but it is clear which country should be to blame.

Eurocontrol allowed, but sensible air companies avoided it themselves. Most of them did. If the route is not banned by Eurocontrol does not mean you can not think by yourself and do not fly there, like majority of air companies did.
